When should I make my booking?
It's best to arrange your rental 2 to 3 weeks beforehand, particularly through the busy months from May to September. For special events or business gatherings, securing your booking 4 to 6 weeks in advance guarantees availability and provides ample time for personalization.
What's the plan if the weather is bad?
Your safety is our utmost concern. In the case that the captain determines weather conditions to be hazardous, we'll suggest an alternative date for your rental or give a complete refund. We actively monitor the weather and will reach out to you if there are concerns about weather one day before your scheduled departure.
Am I allowed to bring my own snacks and drinks?
Certainly, you're free to bring your preferred food and non-alcoholic drinks on board. On the other hand, we also provide excellent meal options tailored to your tastes. Note that for safety measures, glass holders are not allowed aboard.
Is the vessel equipped to support guests who have special mobility requirements?
We aim to be accessible to all our guests. While some boats are more equipped for certain needs than others, please reach out to us to talk about your requirements during your reservation. We'll advise on the most suitable vessel and will ensure proper arrangements are made.
What does your cancellation policy look like?
If you cancel more than 72 hours prior to departure, you'll receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 24 to 72 hours before departure will result in a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure are typically non-refundable, except in instances of unsafe weather or equipment failures from our side.
