3. Reservation and Booking

3.1 Process of Making a Reservation

To secure a charter, the following requirements must be met:

  • Attainment of at least 18 years of age
  • Provision of truthful and complete personal details
  • Advance payment of the stipulated deposit as outlined in the confirmation of your reservation
  • Acceptance of these mentioned Terms & Conditions

3.2 Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed once we have validated the transaction and issued a formal acknowledgment. We hold the discretion to decline service to any individual.

3.3 Charter Availability

All charter services are contingent upon the accessibility of the yacht and favorable weather conditions. Efforts will be made to accommodate your requested dates and timings where possible.

4. Financial Conditions

4.1 Pricing Information

All prices are expressed in £ and are inclusive of all relevant taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change at our determination.

4.2 Schedule for Payments

  • Initial Deposit: 50% of the total charter fee, payable upon reservation
  • Remaining Balance: Due 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure
  • Any additional fees: Payable upon completion of the charter

4.3 Accepted Payment Methods

We allow payments through major credit cards, direct bank transactions, and verified cheques. Payments are processed via secure encryption methods.

5. Policy on Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 Cancellations by the Customer

  • If cancelled more than 72 hours before departure: Full refund less any transaction fees
  • If cancelled between 24 to 72 hours before departure: Refund of 50%
  • If cancelled less than 24 hours before departure: No refund will be issued

5.2 Cancellation Due to Weather

In case of unfavorable weather conditions as determined by our captain, we will provide options to:

  • Reschedule the charter for a subsequent available date without extra charges
  • Issue a full refund if rescheduling is not feasible

5.3 Mechanical Failures

Should there be mechanical difficulties with the designated vessel, we shall strive to supply an appropriate replacement. If this is unattainable, a full refund will be tendered.

6. Safety and Behavior

6.1 Safety Directives

All passengers are obliged to:

  • Adhere to instructions provided by the crew
  • Wear safety gear as stipulated when necessary
  • Declare any health conditions that can affect their safety
  • Stay within the designated areas while aboard

6.2 Restricted Items

  • Glassware
  • Illicit substances
  • Weapons or firearms
  • Excessive quantities of beverages that may cause intoxication (beyond a reasonable allowance for personal consumption)
  • Pets, except when previously authorized

Passengers should maintain respectful decorum at all times. A charter may be terminated ahead of schedule without a refund if a passenger's conduct endangers safety or disrupts others' experiences.

Our accountability is confined to the sum paid for your charter and does not extend to:

  • Injuries caused by a passenger's own carelessness
  • The loss or harm to personal belongings
  • Indirect, incidental, or punitive compensation
  • Delays due to weather or factors outside our control

Comprehensive marine insurance coverage is in place to cover both our fleet and operations. Passengers should secure their own travel and personal insurance.

7.3 Acceptance of Risks

8. Changes to Itineraries and Plans

We hold the right to alter travel plans, paths, or schedules in response to atmospheric conditions, safety concerns, or operational necessities. We aim to ensure any such adjustments will provide alternative experiences of equal value.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be deemed liable for any interruptions, alterations, or cancellations arising from factors beyond our control, including but not restricted to:

  • Extensive weather disturbances

  • Closure of ports
